    6. Favorite sounds?
    Green Day music

I know Green Day are good, but they are not THAT good. 😛 [*waits to see ish stomping saying its GREENDAY*]

Btw, you’re supposed to say nice things about me too! 😛

  3. 3 sulz May 1, 2008 at 10:17 am

hmm, what do you think of the devil wears prada, book and movie?

haha, why am i so predictable?? oh right, i am a bot. 😀

  4. 4 Poonam Sharma May 1, 2008 at 11:06 am

@Nova: Yes, when I am in my chair and not a meeting room and not bothered by anyone, quietly working, it’s fantastic moment.

@Ashish: I am not much into music. But I have my string favorites. And you have a point, I have amended my post. 🙂

@sulz: Well, book was OK. I wished it to finish fast because it had become predictable and monotonous monologue after a while. and I did not watch the movie. What about you? Did you like it?

  5. 5 sulz May 1, 2008 at 12:34 pm

i hated the book but loved the movie. 😀 do watch the movie, the cast is awesome.

  6. 6 ish May 1, 2008 at 2:34 pm

I’m repeating this. Why is scrabble everybody’s favorite game? Why doesn’t anyone like Ludo or Snakes & Ladders? I’m glad I don’t live with you people nahi to main akela apne aap se hi Snakes & Ladders khelta and tum sab scrabble khelte. 😐

And Greenday is your favorite yayayayayay! *does a random happy jig* 😀

@Ash: No, I’m over that phase now. You can call it Green Day, GREENDAY, Greenday, greenday, gReEnDaY or whatever. I don’t mind. 😛

Btw, I’ve seen some Orkut profiles and scrapbooks where PeOpLe WrItE LyK dIS. i gEnUinElY wOnDeR hOw DeY dO dAt.

  7. 7 Shefaly May 1, 2008 at 3:39 pm

@ Ish: I named all three – Scrabble (Scrabulous actually, because it is easier to play online with quiet friends than in a room with noisy friends). I play ludo and snakes&ladders with my friends’ kids and we get very, very raucous 🙂

  8. 8 Ruhi May 1, 2008 at 4:46 pm

This is no place to list my favorite perfumes.

Really? 😐 I listed my favorite perfumes. I was tired of reading about the natural smells! So, I thought, why not make an exception?

P.S= You’re back to your favorite Journalist theme. 😉

  9. 9 lallopallo May 1, 2008 at 5:10 pm

Iam not at all surprised by your answer to Question no 13..
Grey hair with black? That’s interesting..
And, it’s good that you are avoiding McDonalds..also try to avoid too much whipped cream 🙂

  10. 10 Poonam Sharma May 2, 2008 at 4:58 am

@sulz: Ok, will try to watch the movie on your recommendation. 🙂

@ish: Would love to see your random happy jig. 🙂

PeOpLe WrItE LyK dIS. i gEnUinElY wOnDeR hOw DeY dO dAt. But you just did it. 🙂

@Shefaly: I, too play ludo and snakes and ladder with my first cousins who are about 14 and 17 years younger to me. And they are adept at cheating. It’s fun, whenevr we get to it. But my love for Scrabble beats them.

@Ruhi: Ha ha ..Actually few people writing natural smells was a bit of change for me after a long time. Otherwise people don’t hesitate to list Chanel, Lomani, Estee Lauder, Jean Paul Gaultier…hmmph..I have got tired listing this now. What would they say if I told them I like Men’s Fa black for a deo? (

    P.S: Your list was fine.

And yes, Journalist is my favorite theme. 🙂

@lallopallo: Iam not at all surprised by your answer to Question no 13. 🙂

I can chuck out Mc Donalds from my life any day. Its hardly any great. But whipped cream, ah, never. I can’t think of it at the moment. 🙂

  11. 11 Amit May 2, 2008 at 10:00 am

I was about to use this theme earlier before I saw your blog. Well, This one is also good. But there is no Recent post option?
I have read TDWP and seen the movie too. The movie is definitly good but is quite different from the book. The cast is great. I just fell in love with Meryl Streep….once again. 😀
This tag is getting quite famous too!!!! Good read.

  12. 12 ManofRoma May 2, 2008 at 11:41 am

I am about to post the meme thing. It is the first time I accept a meme so consider yourself honoured ah ah ah. Kidding ….

  13. 13 ManofRoma May 3, 2008 at 7:57 am

The meme thing is there. It is a tribute to you (and to your orders lol).

  14. 14 praneshachar May 4, 2008 at 5:17 am

cool cool answers and all I think after lot of thoughts. I felt very to read answers on money and time. I wish your book comes out and we all get opportunity to read. go ahead and enjoy life as it comes. don’t worry who gives the fair deal when it comes get elated and enjoy. loved ones are always deceptive about everything so don’t worry too much on that at all they always love u.
have fun frolic and look for better tomorrow and then on all better days all the best

  15. 15 Man of Roma May 4, 2008 at 7:22 pm

“loved ones are always deceptive about everything so don’t worry too much on that at all they always love u”….

That’s a good one, I like it. Yes, Poonam, enjoy your life, life is so beautiful, no matter what (also pain is, after all): one unfortunately realizes this when there is not much life left lol.

  16. 16 Poonam Sharma May 5, 2008 at 5:22 am

@Amit: This them is one of my favorites. You can always add a widget for recent posts. I didn’t like DWP but will watch out for the movie. And this post is quite popular with lazy folks like me who often face writer’s block. 🙂

    @Manofroma: I actually feel honored. 🙂

@praneshachar: Nah, did not think much about the answers. strange it sounds if I say I have no story to tell but yet I want to write my own book. I am waiting for inspiration to hit me hard one day. yes, looking forward to fun and frolic in life. Why do you feel loved ones are always deceptive about everything? Just curious what might be behind that assessment

@manofroma: one unfortunately realizes this when there is not much life left lol. Better late than never.

  17. 17 pr3rna May 5, 2008 at 1:09 pm

//Smell of dahi/lassi/mattha with roasted zeera powder is a big appetizer for me.// Same here!

  18. 18 ManofRoma May 5, 2008 at 6:25 pm

    Yes, absolutely.

  19. 19 ish May 6, 2008 at 8:59 am

Sure I did write like that but it took me a long time and a lot of effort. So what I really wanna know is how in God’s name can people write like that all the time? 😛

  20. 20 Poonam Sharma May 7, 2008 at 9:46 am

Perhaps they do have all the time in the world. Lucky souls? So what are you busy with these days?

  21. 21 harini calamur May 7, 2008 at 3:52 pm

quite a few things we have in common including the little nook in the office 🙂

Poonam: Good to know someone else can also relax in office chair, 🙂 what other common things we have?

  22. 22 Amyth May 12, 2008 at 2:45 am

The favourite drink you’re talking about is ‘Barista Blast’ I think…

BTW, I’ve ‘honoured’ your tag.. and throughly enjoyed doing it! 🙂

    Merci!

Poonam: Well, commented on your post! 🙂

And no I am not talking about Barista blast. I am talking about Mocha Ice Cream Sundae.
