    Can anyone please guide me where to post complain for weights and measures online?

    Poonam: Navjot, I did not know about this much. As far as my knowledge, all online consumer complaints are made at core.nic.in. But I did a quick search and found this.

    1. Weights and measures complaint is made to legal metrology department.
    2. Weights and measures law is on this governement Web site: http://fcamin.nic.in/Events/EventDetails.asp?EventId=1505&Section=Annual%20Report&ParentID=0&child_continue=1&child_check=0 Weights and Measues is section number 6 on this page.
    3. Here is a Mumbai Mirror story that has a legal metrology department number as 22023354 at the end of the story. I think this number is for Mumbai city.

    With reference to your latter no. DE (MDF/TR/MRL/28301622/08-09 dated 21st November 2008 our plan changed and you inform me that in plan 2399 no day & night free plan and facility available only 4 GB i.e. 4096 MB is free for 30 days in a month only & remaining has been charged @ 0.70 paise per MB but you not inform this information before change our plan, and by mistake your department signed a latter for free unlimited day & night usage & download (Xerox copy already submit) but this folt from your side & as per signed latter we are used facility and after that you are send a bill for Rs. 9457 total amount and internet charge Rs. (1799 + 5338 = 7173).

    I requested to you please look the matter my customer ID No. 2081161622 and telephone no. 28301622 at our office 14, Key Tuo Industrial Estate, Kondivita Road, MIDC, Andheri (E), Mumbai.

    I have already compliant three times but your department cut our telephone line and internet without any information.

    I visit to your MTNL office Marol Andheri – Mumbai as per gate pass no. 6000 dated 21st November 2008 at 12.00 Noon & meet your engineer & receive a latter for tariff of our plan dated 21st November 2008.

    I requested to you please look the matter urgently and change our bill as per terms condition and give change bill Copy because our all work done with internet, so many problem with our communication and business otherwise I forcely go to consumer court because I puzzled your system.

    Hi

    Actually i need to understand where to log the hospital related complaints

    My father was admitted in the hospital which is not the supespeciality hospital but they have charged 32 thousand rupees other than Medicines and you surprise to know the cause . The Cause was removal of Prostrate gland and in three days they have charged 32 thoushand bugs which was double the charges which were communicated before

    in the detail of the bill they have even inrease the Nurse charges, Doctors Visit,even then Operation Theatre make ready charges was 4000 rs etc.. , which i have told them this is not correct but they (HOspital management) started abusing us

    Hence i have decided to move to the consumer forum

    Kindly suggest me the correct way and approach to fight with such bodies.

    Hi, Consumer issues are rising and some company are not taking any action against it, a company which i know is ICICI , a top shop financial institute but when we are talking about their services is nearly in minus, the sales team is very good they just told you many fake things and if you called them for the services they switch off their mobile phone, I had a marin insurance from ICICI, poor and pathetic service the only word for them, finally i knocked the online consumer court door http://wwww.consumercourt.in and submit my complaint over their, they replied me within no time with the proper solution. If someone is facing any problem with ICICI just drag them to the consumer court. They want this only

    This is Samim Ahamed.I have complain against sparkwholesales.I have ordered on 10th feb for LONGIES watch to them.But still i did’t got my order.To get my order i call them several times but they give different excuses and sometimes told order despatched.I asked them consignment no(DTDC as they told).They gave a no,but its not exist which i clarified through DTDC courier service.Again I call them and asked the matter..but they told at the despatched order return.They are giving so many excuses.I think its a fake website(www.sparkwholesales.com) from where i buied that watch.They makes fool the people.

    this mail i sent to motorola but no action has been taken.

    i have purchased motorola A810 from Mobile store
    amritsar on 3oth nov. 2008, But after 5-7 days it created the problems & swithced off in 3-4 hours after full charge.i have already complaint by mail & phone to ur c.c but no solution resolves.But after that going tro ur service center & they said the problem in battery but after the replacement of battery again same problem occur.upto which i think the problem in cell
    phone not in battery.i have also purchase one more phone
    Motorola E6 but that is working good. please replace my phone with new one.

    i have a nokia 5310 express music mobile phone. Not even 9 months i have used this phone and so many problems have arised.
    I have given this mobile thrice in warranty but no action has been taken and the same problem has been persisted without any improvement. I even requested them to replace my piece but i did not get any proper response from the customer care department.
    My phone’s bluetooth isn’t working, i cant talk properly to other person due voice cut, my phone gets disconnected automatically, and lastly there still exists keypad problems in my phone.

    After looking at all these problems no solution has been brought about by the Nokia people.

    I hope u will surely help me out and bring a solution to this problem as soon as possible because i jus cant afford to visit the nokia care centre every now and then.

    May kindly intimate about the matter that if any of the persona is selling the olive oil of one of the private company without any bill and the mark printed as Govt. of India on the same product. Then in this case being a consumer what is supposed to do by me about the product.
    Please clarify that what could be done by me in the public interest.

    I guess without bill you can’t do much to show as proof. But you can find more witnesses or a group of people and can lodge a case in consumer court in public interest. Report this private company in online complaint first at http://core.nic.in.

    Can anybody guide me to whom I can file a complaint on my cable TV service provider(Hathway cable & Datacom Pvt Ltd). The service provder charges hefty amount as deposit(1500Rs) and as monthly subscription(250 to 300Rs) for providing basic cable services. The quality of signal is very pathetic and their customer service numbers are never accessible. If we complain about the signal quality when they come down to the residence to collect the money and request them to rectify the issue and inquire about the procedure to include a popular channel in the basic band, the cable operator replies ‘This is what we will provide. If you want keep it, else disconnect the cable’. This is totally unfair as they very well know that there are no competitors in this space and customers have to live with the same service provider. Can anybody please guide me on whom I can complain to against the atrocity from the cable service provider.

    Hello Sir Madam,

    Can anybody help me with where should I make the complaint for the well known Insurance Co – IFFCO TOKIO MOTOR INSURANCE
    I was cheated by IFFCO TOKIO.
    I renewed the IFFCO TOKIO motor policy from one of the hero honda outlet in kurla .
    I recevied the policy within 10 days.
    later after six months I met with an accident and I went for a Claim for my two wheller and I came to know that the Policy was fraud.

    HI,

    We have bought a Rot iron bed and sofa set from hypercity vashi branch, while purchasing lot of promises were made for product quality and 1 year warranty and replacemnt if there was defect…all these promises were made, we have used it for hardly 10 days and the rot iron bed is chipping and when it chips what i see is rusted iron beneath it, when i go back to Hpercity they turn back to say they dont guarantee furniture and after a long argument, they finally got convinced to come and chek the bed and if possible they will repair it, if reparing is not the solution then they wont be giving any replacement.

    I am very disaapointed with this. tell me where should i go with this problem.

    Sir I installed a dish tv (digi box no.056SAAZ23YS44072)from dealer(ID NO.8771 011 500436702-03)on 19.09.05 with a promise that for one year we would view all zee channels without any extra charge after that for all the paid channels I have to pay accordingly and free channels can be viewd without any charge.But they did not follow up the promise,it was extreme when the national channel was unavailable.So I had to pay Rs.890 on 21.06.07,Rs.1080 on 14.12.07 and Rs. 1800 on 16.12.08 but sorry to say that oftenly signals disappear,on complaint to dealer a man comes start channels and charges Rs.100 everytime.I have complaints so many times to customerinfo@dishtvindia.com by Email,but I get signals only for few days after every complaint.Now I am fedup please help me.

    Hi All,

    I had taken loans from couple of banks, few years ago, when I was Married. Now I am seperated since 2007. Me and my wife had taken these loans to set-up the house.
    Since we seperated, neither of us made the repayment to these Banks. (Personal Loans from Barclays, ICICI & GE Country Wide). I never received any call since 2 years for the repayment. Now all these have come to me together.

    I am geting threatening calls from the colletion agencies. They threaten me of coming to my home & office.
    I am going through a mental trauma.

    Can some one please HELP ME…

    I have purchased a discount card having additional Bumper offer of Kapil’s Academy & salon from Dastak Advertising on 20.10.2010 at Rs. 599.They registered me under Validation No. E050 and its mentioned under the rules of use that you have to book your appointment on one day advance but during Deepawali I have called the helpline No. two days in advance but they failed to give me the appointment and when I mentioned them that at the time of selling the card they assured me about my appointment if I call one day before for the booking of the appointment and the same is also mentioned in the card. Mr. Vijay Sharma talked to me very rudely and denied the appointment. I call them again and asked for my money back if they fail to give me the appointment then Miss Jyoti assured me the appointment after talking to Mr. Sharma and told me that she will call me for the time of my appointment within an hour but when she failed to call me I again made a call and had a talk to Mr. Sharma but they didn’t consider my request and switched off the mobile.
    Plz guide me where to register my complain because I know more people whom they have cheated in the same manner.

      Hi Nidhi,

      First of all it is commendable that you do not want to let this go easily and want to fight it.

      You should file a complaint in the consumer court of your area. Provide all references to proofs and documents you have. It is advisable that you also combine the complaints of as many people as possible. Look up the addresses of the consumer court on Internet.

      Answer to the first question is yes, you can go to consumer court. I do not know how much monetary compensation, tho. But more than money, that win is important, right?

    i want to complain regarding irregular supply of gas cylinder from S.A. Todankar(HP gas agency). inspite of having two cylinders today we were left with nothing. both the cylinders were vacant and we kept on complaining regarding the issue to the agency. but people there showed no response. please help what should we do now? we want the consumer service nymber where we can lodge a complaint and teach them a nice lesson.

    i purchase sony ericsson aino u10 mobile by naaptol 8999+299 curier charges. but when i got mobile i found mobile touch screen is not working . ear speaker is not clear hanging probles. same day i made call naaptol customer care number 09223516148, c c executive told u can send it back to naaptol nad u will get full money without any deduction , by blue dart curier office. i went blue dart , they told when we wil get mail from naaptol then we can accpt it. i called naaptol office c c executive told we r sending mail in 48 hours u can come againe blue dar office and can send it to naaptol, but gain i wend after 48 hours in blue dart but they din,t get any mail again i caaled to naaptol office c c exutive again told we r sending mail again after 48 hours u can come again to blue dat office, i again went to blue dart office after 48 hours but blue dart office person told me he din not get any mail, like that i have visited to blue dart office 8 time eight time and on eight time also same problem, naaptol exutive told again sending mail and wil have to come blue dart office, after 48 hours. like that i have visited to blue dart office 8 time ( eight time but same problem.

    i got insuranced my bike of icici lombard insurance. where on RC whichle owner name is surender and father name dhuni chand . but they insured bike on the name of dhuni chand . not the name of owner surender . when i told about this mistake to executive , he told it can correct after one week. i tolt ok u can take one week. when i asked after one week again he told to wait one week. and gave his boss number(7838244468 pratush, i told about this matter to pratush . then pratush told i will gwt correct it in week. like that till 3 and half month they did not get correct this mistake . then also he was telling approval has come it will be correct soon then i told. because 4 month have passed we did not use bike. cause of this mistake . i told i should get full 12 months insurance then they told no. i wil get remaining time insurance. means lagbhag 7 monthes ka insurance milega, jo time us mistake ki vajah se nikla hai use count nhi kia jaega. that time will not be count weather in was icici executive mistake. otherwise customer can get cancle policy and can get fuul value of insurane. then i told ok . u get cancle it and send me a e mail as aproof that , u have cancled it and will get my full money back, but its about 6 monthes but till not i did not get any e mail any result. icici executive giving me time again and again but did not sent me even any emai. i am very much tensed from icici executive name ( pratush – mob no.7838244468)plz take my faver thanks deepak arya
